    • Refunds will only be processed if the cancellation request is made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or event date.
    • Cancellation requests received within 72 hours of the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund.
  2. How to Cancel:
    • To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team via the contact details provided at the time of booking.
    • Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.
  3. Non-Refundable Situations:
    • Orders canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery or event.
    • Any delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, roadblocks, or strikes.

No Returns Policy

  1. Due to the perishable nature of food items and the customized preparation required for catering services, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
  2. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled except under the conditions outlined in our refund policy.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and event details at the time of placing the order.
  • Any discrepancies in the order due to incorrect information provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or adjustments.

    If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 72 hours.
